Dmitry
Dmitry Leonov, P.Eng, serves as the principal electrical engineer and project lead at Sinor Engineering. Fully licensed and insured, he is a practicing design engineer across the provinces of Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Newfoundland, and Ontario.
